Generally intended for someone selling their home, post-construction clean-up, or a simple cleaning for a home cleaned in the past 12 months. Exterior glass cleaning and gutter cleaning can be added at an additional charge.

Deluxe Package

Service Solutions offers a little extra with each package. Present in 4 cities in New York, we intend to cater to each problem. Our house washing service, also in Albany, NY, includes everything in a STANDARD wash PLUS a mildew treatment additive, brushing as needed, specially formulated cleaner for exterior of gutters and facia, medium wash and final rinse. We will also re-clean stubborn stains a second time. Will remove dirt, soil, stains, mold, mildew, cobwebs and environmental pollutants. Exterior glass cleaning and gutter flushing can be added at an additional charge.

Emerald Package

Our house washing services in Schenectady, NY, includes all services performed in a DELUXE wash PLUS the following: Foundation cleaning, exterior glass cleaning/squeegee, gutter flushing up to 100’, deck/patio/walkway cleaning up to 100 sf, and a $25 certificate good towards any other add-on service (roof cleaning, deck/concrete sealing, additional gutter cleaning, GUTTERSTUFF rain filters).
