Service Solutions began in the 1980s as Capital District Pressure Wash, specializing in cleaning aluminum-sided homes and decks. Initially serving Schenectady, southern Saratoga, and parts of Albany counties, we steadily grew our offerings. As our services expanded, we rebranded as Service Solutions to better reflect the wide range of cleaning and restoration options available to our customers.



Over the years, our presence spread across the Capital District. Since the early 1990s, Don Sweet, our President and co-founder, has been the sole owner, personally overseeing daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service.
